Sunday morning race registration closes at 9.15am.

The 100m freestyle event and the medley events are swum on alternate Sundays.

To be eligible for Club Championships, a 40% attendance (8) at Sunday meets is required.

To swim at the State Championships a swimmer must first compete for Berowra in the Zone meet, and have had a 40% attendance (8) on Sundays to be eligible for selection to represent our Zone.

Starting on “Go”, or a number of seconds after Go will vary from swim to swim. This handicap is based on the two best times for each swimmer in the event.  The aim is to create an even and challenging finish.   All swimmers therefore have a chance to score maximum points.

Times given at the end of a handicap swim, will include the number of seconds after Go as called by the starter.  Subtract the time in seconds, after Go, to get actual time for swim.
